A time-fractured sci-fi thriller. Eight Founders from the future help build Tartaria, a living empire of Spires, Guilds, and licensed magik, hiding advanced technology within its foundations. As each returns to their own time, the Empire begins to fail. By 1887, the Spires drift out of tune and history starts to unravel. Their heirs must uncover the truth and decide whether to restore the covenant or let time collapse.
